Dr. Janice Tan is the founder and principal of Alive Counsel. She is a licensed counsellor, strength-based coach, and trainer. With over 20 years of experience in counselling, coaching, and education, she is committed to helping individuals and organisations grow, heal, and achieve lasting fulfilment.
