At Alive Counsel, I serve as a licensed counsellor, strength-based coach, and trainer. I am committed to providing you with a safe and confidential space as we journey together.

 

I have over 20 years of experience in mental health counselling and training, supporting individuals and organisations across the corporate, education, and social sectors.

My counselling approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each person's unique needs. I help clients build mental and emotional resilience.

Before my counselling practice, I held leadership roles in several global financial services organisations, where I led sales, marketing, and customer service teams. I combine clinical expertise with corporate experience to deliver practical counselling, coaching, and training that empowers growth.
